Our Story
Comfort, dignity, and light for every journey. Born from love, made for healing.
Our Story — Why Luma Lotus Blooms
Since 2016, I've been walking beside my husband through cancer—through surgeries, side effects, close calls, and quiet prayers. Being a caregiver isn't something I planned. It's something life chose for me.
Some days, I was running a business, managing the chaos, and holding up the whole house—while he was too sick to stand. Other nights, I was just holding his hand, trying to hide my fear so he didn't have to carry it too.
Caregiving is heavy. It's quiet. It's constant. And through it all, I kept wishing there was something—anything—that made him feel more seen. More comfortable. Less like a patient, and more like a person.
That's when the idea for Luma Lotus was born.
I didn't just want to create clothing. I wanted to create comfort with dignity—for people in treatment and for the ones who walk beside them. Clothing that adapts to your needs, while quietly reminding you that you're still strong. Still beautiful. Still blooming.
The name Luma Lotus came from two places: Luma, meaning light—what I kept searching for in the darkest days. Lotus, the flower that rises from the mud—just like we have, again and again.
Our first products are coming soon—starting with a soft, adaptive tank designed for people with chest ports, infused with a hidden affirmation: "Stronger than treatment."
This brand is personal. It was born in hospital rooms, on sleepless nights, and in the quiet power of just showing up.
Luma Lotus is for the fighters. For the caregivers. For anyone who needs to feel seen again.
With love,
