The Caregiver Relief & Visibility Act

A national call to acknowledge and support America's family caregivers. Because behind every diagnosis is a caregiver holding it all together.

Gina Leal

Caregiver, Advocate, and Author

"I cared for my husband through years of illness. I've sat in waiting rooms, managed appointments, lifted spirits, and held onto hope while quietly losing parts of myself. Through that pain, I discovered something deeper — caregiving is not a side role. It is a cornerstone of our healthcare system."

The Reality We Face

Every day, millions of Americans provide care for a loved one battling cancer, chronic illness, disability, or age-related decline — often without compensation, support, or rest. We are exhausted. We are unseen. But we are still showing up.

Proposed National Caregiver Reforms

Family Caregiver Stipends

Monthly stipends for unpaid family caregivers providing 20+ hours of care per week through Medicaid or state-managed health programs.

Medical Training Access

Free or low-cost workshops for at-home caregivers on safety, medication, and mobility.

Flexible Work & Tax Credit Protections

Expand FMLA to include part-time leave and provide tax credits to offset caregiving-related costs.

Every signature brings us closer to meaningful change for caregivers nationwide

This is not just a policy issue — it's personal.
